By using AI Photo Editor with Prompt you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use AI Photo Editor with Prompt
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Your account
Your account is created anonymously and tied to the device you installed on. You're responsible for what happens through it. You may pick a username once; it can't be changed afterwards.
Content you create
You keep ownership of the images you generate. By sharing one publicly you give us permission to display it inside the app to other users. You can remove it at any time.
Only images generated by AI Photo Editor with Prompt can be shared — there is no upload. The photo you supply is used to produce your image and then discarded.
Rules — zero tolerance
We do not allow objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Specifically, you must not create, share, or send:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualised depiction of a real person without their consent
- Images of real people created to deceive, defame, harass or impersonate
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting of individuals or groups
- Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm
- Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights
- Spam, scams, or automated abuse of the service
Because generated images can look photographic, be careful with images of real people. Don't present a generated image as a genuine photograph of someone.
Reporting and moderation
Every post, comment and message can be reported from inside the app, and you can block any account. We review reports and aim to act on them within 24 hours. We may remove content, suspend an account, or delete it outright — without notice where the breach is serious.
Moderators can view content and direct messages in order to investigate reports. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
Credits, ads and purchases
Generating an image uses one credit. Credits can be earned by choosing to watch a rewarded advert, or bought as a pack through Apple's In-App Purchase.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not refundable except where the law requires. If a generation fails, the credit is returned to you automatically. Purchase refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Watching adverts is always optional.
Availability
AI Photo Editor with Prompt is provided as-is. Image generation depends on third-party services and may be slow or unavailable at times. We may change or discontinue features.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sukanta Sekhar Das is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of AI Photo Editor with Prompt.
